Meet Bobby Dixon

Mr. Dixon founded the firm in 2012 and has over 20 years of consulting and management experience with companies in various industries ranging from Fortune 500 companies, local and state governments, mid-market businesses, and startups. Bobby specializes in leading business transformation through Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, and Transactions Services. He is skilled at making rapid, thoughtful assessments of diverse situational challenges and leading results-oriented action plans designed to improve bottom-line performance. As President & CEO of Athenian Group, Bobby has overseen complex large-scale business transformations and led some of the most robust updates to the infrastructure of the largest municipalities in the country.
