Keith is an experienced consultant with a natural desire to solve complex problems in a methodical and collaborative way. With over five years of experience, he has assisted Fortune 500 companies, private organizations, and small businesses with strategy and business transformation initiatives. His specialties include project management, business process improvement, implementation, and M&A integrations and divestitures. Keith has led teams in designing and implementing post-COVID revenue growth and resiliency strategies for minority-owned small businesses, optimizing digital platforms, and improving customer acquisition marketing techniques. Notably, he conducted a digital platform optimization analysis for a nationally acclaimed winery, significantly enhancing their search engine optimization (SEO) and website traffic.

In addition to his work in strategy and business transformation, Keith has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully led TSA-exit planning and phase 2 cutover of nine workstreams for a newly formed subsidiary of one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies, covering over 200 critical activities and mitigating 70+ risks and issues. Keith also designed a globally comprehensive loan request management and inventory tracking tool for the SSD loan sample program of a $9B semiconductor company. His ability to synthesize complex requirements, conceptualize shared services resourcing models, and design comprehensive business cases has consistently provided clients with valuable insights and improvements, driving significant process enhancements and financial gains.
