Mr. Flint brings more than 25 years of experience identifying, attracting and acquiring new business to his role as Director of Business Development. His focus has been working exclusively with public and private organizations within the disciplines of technology transformation, organizational optimization and strategy development to identify and implement enterprise wide solutions that drive improved operational efficiencies, increased productivity and financial savings.
Prior to joining The Athenian Group, Mr. Flint held various executive Business Development and Sales positions for such leading firms as Honeywell Inc, Pacific Gas & Electric, WebMd and Cisco. He brings critical skills in strategic client acquisition and client management spanning a cross section of industries including high tech, government, biosciences, consumer goods and energy to deliver business results for Fortune 1000 companies and public agencies.
As VP of Business Development, Mr. Flint is responsible for growing sales, developing strategic partnerships, increasing market share as well as fostering revenue growth and profitability for the PMO practice.

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
